4 Bedroom Town Homes

4 bedroom town homes are a spacious and economical way to vacation in Orlando. 4 bedroom town homes offer between 1375 and 1700 square feet of living space with full kitchens, washer and dryer and private balconies or patios. All of our townhomes are situated in the gated resort community of Emerald Island. Most town homes will either have a private spa or splash pool on the patio. These homes will comfortably sleep between 8 to 10 guests depending on how they are furnished. Typically each room will sleep 2 guests and many homes offer a 2 guest sleeper sofa in the living room. Please verify occupancy and sleeping arrangements with each respective home owner. If more than 10 people will be staying in one home we recommend considering a 5 bedroom home .
