3 bedroom homes, condos, and town homes are an excellent, economical way to get all the space your family needs. Why pay more money for a hotel room that has less than half the space or fewer room amenities? 3 bed condos and town homes offer between 1250 - 1500 square feet of living space with full kitchens, washer and dryer and private balconies. These condos and townhomes are situated in gated resort communities that offer all of the popular amenities plus many extras. Most town homes either have a private spa on the patio or a small splash pool. Most of our 3 bedroom homes are in resort communities, gated communities. or well established short term rental communities. 3 bedroom homes offer screened in pools and many also offer spas. These homes and condos will comfortably sleep between 6 to 8 guests depending on how they are furnished. Typically each bedroom will sleep 2 guests and many homes offer a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room. Please verify occupancy and sleeping arrangements with the home owner. If more than 8 people will be staying in one home we recommend you consider a 4 bedroom home .
